The National Home Designers Association is comprised of a proficient group of the residential-home-design industry's most highly experienced residential home designers.
On average, our members have more than twenty years of direct full time engagement in the home design business. No member has less than 10 years experience, and several of our members have more than 40 years experience. To the best of our knowledge, there is no other Canadian association that can make a similar claim based on the experience of their members.
Our primary areas of expertise are :
- Designing custom single family residential homes.
- Customizing a stock of pre-designed homes to suit specific building sites.
- Writing and administering building design guidelines (subdivision design consulting).
- Providing expertise in liaison with building jurisdictions.
The year 2017 marks our 44th year.
